And I do think its a fair point now, considering how they wrote the AU Draenei just to give Horde new orcs: also because the Alliance, to my knowledge, has gotten no bonus questlines. Our War campaign in 8.2 is helping Saurfang lol. How about some of our characters.

Saurfang is a pivotal character in BfA. Tyrande is not. Anduin WANTS to help Saurfang and Baine you've guys know this since 8.1.

//With respect I would argue this point, the whole intro and WoT makes Tyrande an incredibly pivotal character for BfA. They just don't want to portray the Kalimdor conflict for some reason and that's what annoys. That said I love Saurfang so i'm okay with him getting spotlight.

Kalimdors situation runs deeper than NEs. Yeah all the NE lore they ignore is a big part of why WoT is a fundamentally laughable story but Tauren are also extremely underused for a race who has a lot of good story potential. A simple race brought into a complicated political war

Neglect towards the Tauren is what annoys me so much about this Saurfang storyline. Yeah, he is an old soldier who lived and fought through terrible shit and wants to restore honor to his people. It does a disservice to the meaning of Thralls storyline to put this revolution plot

soley on "a soldier" who is not a spiritual guide. Thrall's beliefs in "fixing" the Horde and best demonstrated in an exchange he and Drek'thar have about Tauren in one of the chapter Epilogues of Rise of the Horde. There are few Tauren who are "just soldiers" they all hold their

deep beliefs, their traditions and love of the world, close. They are what Thrall wanted to inspire his people to become now that the blood haze didnt addle their thoughts. The Forsaken however, are the polar opposite of that vision. This isn't a story where an orc -needs- to be

Again I disagree especially with the route the story has taken. We had our lapse and lack of orcs in Legion and it made the story of WoW feel extremely empty. But again those are my thoughts as somebody who enjoys the orcs heavily.

Legion felt empty because they had too much on their plate. WoD felt extremely empty and it fixated on Orcs.

I just think a lot of the heart and soul is with the orcs and it should be expected by now that they'll be heavily focused on.

They're the heart and soul because nobody has been treated with the same kind of love in the Horde lol Thrall said they were the spirit of his horde
