I feel like just not bothering with helms and pants is a completely acceptable solution that not enough people are considering. It'd work for sneks too.

The thing is in patch 8.2 there are Naga with helms. So really the only issue is the feet and legs. I think Naga would work best as a neutral allied race mostly because they are hated enough by both factions as is. I can really only seeing the Illidari getting along with them.

I feel like the Alliance has more reasons to hate the Naga than the Horde do. The Night Elves have HUGE resentment for the naga.
