I mean Garrosh made Jaina no longer really want peace with the Horde, though now she is finally healing and is becoming rather open again. Sylvanas ultimately did the same to Tyrande, however Tyrande has always been in an on and off relationship with the Horde.
I'm hoping they push more of that into the story. I know there's a lot you don't like in BfA but that's something I like that they've been showing. I like these nods and references to Arthas that especially ring with Sylvanas a lot.

I'm totally on board with the idea of calling back to old villains and showing that Sylvanas (or other characters) are becoming the monster they once fought, it was just a bit too on the nose. Now she's Arthas and Garrosh. Soon she'll be Gul'dan.

And then, as many of us fear, Blizzard will go full tilt and make her Kerrigan.

I really just, I hate the idea of us "forgiving Sylvanas" or forcing that down people's throats. I like Sylvanas, definitely not as much as I use to, but I don't want her to be this "savior of Azeroth". Make her the villain and make her face up to it. Make her run from death.

Its something I think people don't realize about me: I'm down with virtually all of the story beats in theory. In practice is when I have a problem because a lot of it is executed really strangely and ignoring a lot of obvious opportunities to follow through on established lore.
