It's not even as if Tyrande can't go to Naz'jatar she set Maiev up as the Leader in her absence. So realistically Tyrande should be in Naz'jatar with her step-daughter.

The worst part is that Genn is there so clearly whatever Darkshore storyline stuff is going on has ended, or Genn just randomly abandoned it in the middle (which seems unlikely).
