I believe that the factions should be removed. It would give room for more nuanced storytelling and player choice. To be honest I didn't think too hard on this but I belive all this Horde/Alliance thing is outdated and narrows the creativity for a story. #Warcraft

I both agree and disagree. Basically, the Alliance and Horde should come to a standstill again but never fully merge or remove their faction barriers. Tearing down those walls is just a disaster narrative wise and game wise.

Quite the contrary it would improve the narrative, but not the game. How many, say, orc clans' or tauren tribes' narrative went under the rug because of the Horde's narrative? Instead of races-by extension players- fighting their own wars, they-we- instead fight the Horde's. 1/2

I believe all this Horde and Alliance thing should be this spectacle. Something happens that forces everyone to come under these banners again. Instead of waving them for years without a real purpose other than "game demands it". 2/2
