I believe that the factions should be removed. It would give room for more nuanced storytelling and player choice. To be honest I didn't think too hard on this but I belive all this Horde/Alliance thing is outdated and narrows the creativity for a story.

I believe all this Horde and Alliance thing should be this spectacle. Something happens that forces everyone to come under these banners again. Instead of waving them for years without a real purpose other than "game demands it". 2/2
I personally think removing the factions is just a bad idea. We've been under the Alliance and Horde for years now and to just end that suddenly wouldn't work with many races within the two factions. We're not ready for a merger especially after Battle for Azeroth.

They will never remove the factions man. I'm just gazing at the lost potential.

I could see it maybe working on a Warcraft 4 or a Warcraft 5 but I just think that wouldn't work narratively or gamewise in an MMO like WoW.
