One of the things that ticked me off the most was I was in an RP Guild we had two antagonist characters who were irredeemable. These characters were built as incredibly powerful and easily hateable and for some dang reason, the GM said, "Nope! No killing them!" (1/2)
Don't know if you were in it or not or if you're just relating to it. But what hurts the most was that I really liked the guild and the people in it. Hardly hear from any of them anymore as I do with most of my former guilds. But it helped me get better as a writer and Rper.

I've been in a guild that has shared a similar fate.

I think its a common thing. I've been a GM and I've had antagonists I refused to kill off... But I did try my best to push those stories in those directions of redemption at least. Making an antagonist who deserves to die and not kill them is a disservice to your Guild.
