The second Sylvanas dies the second we can maybe salvage the story of this franchise.
But she's not going to, so we're stuck with this mustache-twirling joke of a story. 
I'm going to remain optimistic. The one thing we can hope for is potentially she'll be absent from the story for a bit if she doesn't die.

My theory is she sells out the horde to N'zoth then N'zoth says 'you've served me well now you're done' and kills her and we're left to then take care of N'zoth & Azshara too obviously
