The Gnome heritage armor is really disappointing. We're really doing a Thermaplugg related event for what, the 4th or 5th time now? He's been killed and revived like 3 times so I guess we'll invent an assistant he had and make him the villain. Very uninspired.

Even in that cinematic he was still playing the zany goof trope pretty hard.
Mostly at the start of it and it wasn't the same levels it was at least in the Legion cinematic.
