Well for starters, Talanji is an equal to the Warchief title as Queen and She stated two important things on the day of Baine's arrest. 1. Baine should have a fair trial for his honorable deeds in Zandalar. 2. She owes much to the Horde but she won't follow Sylvanas blindly.
I think Talanji WILL ultimately choose to side with Thrall, Varok, Baine, and now Rokhan. I imagine Rokhan could even convince her quite possibly. Plus she can finally meet the once Warchief of the Horde Thrall!
