I feel like if you've arrived at the conclusion that, "Literally all the other faction leaders are bad except the 1 I like," then maybe that one is the actual problem and/or you have no actual idea what your faction is supposed to represent historically and canonically.

Disliked Elves? Or dislike them? I remember a certain Mok'Nethal (Can't spell) who had an Elven buddy in Wrath.
There were exceptions back in the day but I REALLY didn't like elves back then.
