I feel like if you've arrived at the conclusion that, "Literally all the other faction leaders are bad except the 1 I like," then maybe that one is the actual problem and/or you have no actual idea what your faction is supposed to represent historically and canonically.
Funnily enough, I remember back during the days of Cataclysm that I hated Lor'themar and Gallywix. Lor'themar because I disliked elves immensely back then and Gallywix for the goblin starting zone. Now I like all the Horde Leaders for separate reasons.

There were exceptions back in the day but I REALLY didn't like elves back then.
