I don't agree that we should stop using orc characters. I remind you they stopped using orc characters in Legion and it felt rather empty. Instead of saying "Stop using these characters" instead we should say "Start using these characters too!"

Malfurion was a moron for plot who made no sense with previous incarnations of himself in the writing. Tyrande did nothing except yell at the Highborne despite the lore showing she helped the Belves survive against the scourge despite their main mission. Khadgar was fine: Maeiv

was eh. Illidan was a walking piece of writing indecision because they couldnt decide who he was for sure. Turalyon was annoying and still is. The story was fundamentally not about characters and was never marketed as such: it was around the PC who gained the artifact weapons.

But because we have so many classes and weapons and class storylines, stuff was spread. Most class campaigns were honestly pretty boring no matter what cool characters got involved, because blizzard took on something they really werent prepared for imo.

I loved that Legion put a spot light on the other races of the Horde for once, it's not always about Orcs all the god damn time. Seriously. Honestly the true heart of the Horde is and has never been the Orcs, imo, it's been the Tauren.

After WoD it made sense to center focus on the other races of the Horde and Azeroth. One of my gripes in Legion was the lack thereof of the Horde focus though. I know it was about the classes but a little focus here and there on the Horde and Alliance would've been nice.
