In before Sylvanas somehow uses Xal'atath's blade to control N'zoth because of just how super awesome cool she is. Watch him get sucked into the blade like Xal'atath and have Sylvanas in control of him. You know it's going to happen.
What would be ironic is if Sylvanas ended up in the blade instead. 1. She gets punished for her actions. 2. Imprisoned. 3. Fate possibly worse than death. 4. Is still active in a way.

I honestly can't see them actually removing sylvanas' model from the game and have her reside in the dagger. Also she's far too rule of cool for that to ever happen to her. She's Littlefinger, she knows everything and can do anything.
