A lot of the Alliance Leaders cement there can be no peace when Sylvanas is still Warchief. Muchlike when Garrosh was in charge. I truly believe once Sylvanas is gone there can be ground for negotiations. The twist being leaders of the Alliance (Tyrande) aren't open for it.
//Oh yes well Sylvanas has to be dealt with but even after that. like the Borelus ect is just the traditional H/A slap fight but. Teldrassil and the War of Thorns are always going to be an issue that blocks the return to normal. And i'm not just saying that as a NE fan.
I don't think it'll ever fully return to normal but I do think Alliance and Horde working together is super possible thanks to Baine, Anduin and maybe Thrall and Jaina.
