Well we were under the demon influence for some of those...

and some of some of those the influence was gone and the orcs willingly did it to get back into the demons influence.

But not all orcs celebrated or were happy about those deeds either. Its not a black and white ratio for us orc boys and girls.

yeah pretty much, same issue with the "but you imprisoned us in camps!" hey, you were taken care of, better than having your entire race executed, some corrupt here and there but they were not allowed, really it was actually rather humane.

I mean the internment camps were hell for the orcs buuuuuut it resulted in the birth of a new and better Horde. From outsiders perspective the internment camps were a much better outcome but for the orcs it was unfit for an orc to die or live this way.

I am sure MANY MANY criminals rather die then be in prison, that does not make it "inhumane" that makes it punishment.

There were children being born in those prisons who didn't understand why they were there. That's where the inhumane part starts to kick in.

Well sadly that is one of the parts of it that just has to happen, what should be done with those kids? taken from their parents and left out in the wild?

Ultimately the camps worked and failed. It was a necessary part of the history of Warcraft to both punish the orcs but also give the moment to rise up and get better.
