Thrall would definitely be ideal, as he is both peaceful and fierce, not one to shy away from a battle. He, Baine, and Saurfang would be a powerful trio to rule the Horde, as they represent what the Horde stands for. I'd include Lorthemar, but sadly his presence is lacking..

Thrall was just a Horde Leader that the Alliance & Horde were really chill with. Sure he had people who disliked him at the same time but compared to other Warchiefs he ultimately was well liked & respected. With reforged coming out the nostalgia of Thrall will be very strong.

I think that the experience he's about to get in the fight against Sylvanas will prepare Baine to be Warchief.

I know there are people who want Lor'themar for Warchief (which to me is silly but... elves what can you do?)
No Warchief at all which isn't a horrible idea either with the whole War Council but not one I am really for. 
Then there's people who're fine with Sylvanas.
