Maiev Shadowsong and Jarod Shadowsong are pretty likable but I understand they're also pretty controversal for some people. I'd also list Illidan but he's something else.
Shandris Feathermoon is also pretty cool always thought she'd make a great leader of the Night Elves should Tyrande or Malfurion die.

I mean I still like Malfurion to a degree but I just cannot like the character of Tyrande no matter how they spin her in World of Warcraft. Warcraft 3 it was even difficult to like her at times.
