I can understand killing Grommash or wanting to. But Durotan was probably the nicest, wisest orc. The fact that you killed him and made his daughter into a Hellscream speaks volumes.

Eh he let Grom become Warchief after all he did in WoD. Clearly not the wisest Orc.

To be fair we didn't really get the details on whether or not Grom was approved by all. Grom being Warchief could've been a reaction to Durotan's demise.
