how it still had that "RPG" aspect, and the attunements while annoying were cool, also the raids were nice and the gear was lit
The whole thing about WoD vs TBC I take into account if it holds up today and if I still like them today. If this was about how they were in the past WoD would be bottom of the barrel with how bad it was back then. But now? TBC is skippable and WoD actually excites me at times.

idk i alwsays take them "as they were" cause we can't really say really "wod was better then TBC because graphics" when yeah, cause it also came out MANY years later. and in a few years wod will look just as bad as TBC did when wod came out.

I usually like to look back at games as they were at their time, for example games like runescape. OSRS is fine, yeah it looks horrible, and it looked pretty bad for its time, but now it is absolute trash... but thats because it was made way back when. but RS3 is just... its bad
