I hope Allied Races is a feature that carries over in the future rather than just a BFA thing. But they don't announce them. Imagine if a patch went live and suddenly you could play as your very own Mok'nathal.
Its highly possible. They already said they want to carry Allied Races over and if Mok'Nathal get enough traction (and they might) we might get them!

I'm not sure on the development side of things but replacing the Alliance embassy with a bigger building doesn't seem like a huge undertaking. Especially if they already have an asset fit for purpose.
