So when you rez someone with Light it's noble and just but when Sylvanas raises someone it's unholy and she becomes the Lich Queen?! Ah, double standards!

How do we know that for sure?
We never really see anything of the sort that shows or states otherwise with the light. But with undeath we certainly see the change in the person both in mind and body.
