In the cutscene Rexxar looks extremely upset over Zelling's death, as they were friends, plus Voss of course. So I don't think all of the Horde "despises him" but definitely those Sylvanas-loyal are.

I wasn't talking about the Horde, I was talking about he Kul Tirans, as shown through Zelling's family, share the same hatred of them as the Stormwind Humans do/did.
