I'm fully on board with @Skoll_Shorties' opinion that Thrall should use the Doomstone to reimpower the Doomhammer since it's now been drained due to the events of the Legion epilogue.
Great way to wrap up that secondary plot line, including Magatha.

You could also just flip the two parts of the quest chain and have Saurfang and Thrall break Baine out first if Baine has to be the one to kill her. Frankly in my mind Magatha isn't even killed by Saurfang or Thrall or Baine. She uses the Doomstone and ends up killing herself.
It would be fitting to have the very thing she fonds over so much to ultimately destroy her. Kind of like a Smeagel/Gollum moment with the Ring of Power.
