Draenor didn't have a Titan world soul, but I think the fact they went out of their way to talk about how it has an abundance of spirit rules that out. I think it will probably end up being Light, if that actually is a rule that is being applied narratively by the writers.
I think if Azeroth was the Titan of Light that the Light Beings like the Naaru would be more involved in care taking it but that's just my thoughts on it. I only say Spirit because of how many realms there are for the dead.

Could be, however the location of Azeroth in the Great Dark Beyond has been brought up multiple times so its possible that its just difficult to find or that the Naaru don't have omnipotence as to where it is. The only one actively sent to Azeroth was Xe'ra's core by Turalyon.
