When his advisers betrayed him & nearly killed him. The Horde did everything it could to protect his kingdom & when the Alliance knocks on his door he's asked to turn his back on them. The lesson to Rastakhan was to not go back to the Zandalari of old but to improve. (1/2)
Talanji wouldn't turn her back on the Horde and neither would Rastakhan. Whether it be out of loyalty, respect or even stubbornness. This act pushes the Zandalari to offically join the Horde after this, before this they were just allies now they're apart of the Horde. (2/2)

I'm not arguing against that since it did wonders at the end of the Siege of Orgrimmar. And I assume it'll be the very ending of Battle for Azeroth potentially. But Talanji and Rastakhan wouldn't back down from this after everything the Horde did in this expansion.
