To this day i'll never understand the hatred Thrall receives. I get it, he made Garrosh Warchief and he left the Horde for a time for family and for Azeroth. But its not like Thrall didn't actively try to correct these mistakes. He did kill Garrosh after all.

I do think that ultimately Varok Saurfang will push for Baine's rescue and characters like Thrall, Eitrigg, Rokhan, Rexxar, Talanji will heavily be involved in the "Next Rebellion" against their Corrupt Warchief.

Precisely. It seems like they're pushing for that, though I think Anduin will be more involved than Varian was. I personally think the rebellion will happen during an important moment within the war - catching Sylvanas by surprise and crushing her forces.
