I agree with Vol'jin but that's not really his fault. I imagine if Vol'jin did have more time as Warchief he'd do so much more. But Thrall and Garrosh did a lot as their roles as Warchief. (1/2)

Garrosh, while not entirely a positive Warchief for the Horde, Most of it involving the conquest of Kalimdor and Pandaria. Thrall was the most busied Warchief of them all. Having to create an entirely new Horde and inviting several races into it. Basically the Warcraft 3 games.

If bringing in races is a metric of a great Warcheif then the same can be credited to Sylvanas - she brought in the Forsaken, the Blood Elves, and who’s current leadership and understanding of their culture brought the Nightborne into their ranks too

She lead the Forsaken in seeking the Horde for protection when the Alliance killed her own emissaries - it was ultimately Thrall’s choice but if she had not had the balls to lead them to begin with and to go to the Horde, who had no reason to trust them, they would be extinct

I'm not saying Sylvanas is a poor Leader. Quite the opposite actually. What I am saying is Sylvanas is no the proper person to be Warchief.

Not really. A Warchief the Horde needs is somebody like Thrall who can please all sides without pissing off the other. She is holding up a crumbling castle right now. I wished Slyvanas to bring the Horde to victory but her version of victory isn't what the Horde should want.

It does not need a Warcheif like Thrall who will purposely punish his own people and set it up to rely on Alliance handouts at the cost of their own freedom and independence. Thrall then deserted and went neutral right when they needed him. That’s a Warcheif NO Horde needs
