Idk. Both would fit the role imo. I do think Baine would be ready, knowing how loyal he is to the Horde yet never just blindly following orders. He went through some rough challenges too, like serving under Garrosh (who killed his father) or Sylvanas, and the trial of Garrosh.

These challenges he faced also proved his cool headed, sensible and rational decision making skills. I guess the main negative is that Blizz has switched Warchiefs too often already, and having another new one in less then 2 expansions would be just tiring.
