I think that's true of Alleria, but Turaylon has no interaction with the Lightforged at any point after the introduction. At least Alleria suggests speaking to Umbric about Void Elf assistance in the war campaign.
I think Turalyon has the excuse of, "Humans?! I haven't seen humans in forever! Let me go hang out with Khadgar and Danath!" and off he goes to help defend Stromgarde with his pal Danath while Khadgar remains a good boy and out of the silly war.

Yet isn't present even for the gifting of the Heritage armor, where at least Alleria is for the Void Elves. The Army of the Light & Lightforged are ALMOST the same thing but I'd argue Turalyon is the leader of the AotL, not the Lightforged. Lothraxion isnt Alliance, for example

Honestly I think the "Lightforged" should be led by several different races kind of like a Council. It would be neat to include several different races and varieties within the army. Demons = Lothraxion Humans = Turalyon Draenei = Fareeya Orcs? = Lightbound Hellscream Jr. (?)
