Just don't push yourself too hard and burn out. lol. I sometimes found myself wondering if the quality dipped once I started doing three a week. Cos for a lot of us... we're one person. We don't have a team of writers and editors and people we can delegate to. Plus we have lives!

Yeah it's weird. I really enjoy editing but sometimes it's giving yourself the push to vet started. and then once you do... you're like "why did I put this off?". I do mine in layers. So I write the script. Record the audio. Edit that with the backgrounds. Then take a break.
Then put the characters in. Take a break. Then create all the transparent text images in GIMP. Put those in the video. Then do a little dance.
