Too many people are complaining about Rexxar in on YouTube. I get that his characterization is different from how he was in Warcraft. But he's not hopelessly following Sylvanas like Nathanos is he's clearly there to try and represent honor & he shows resentment to Sylvanas.
I do think several characters in the Horde are in a similar boat and just can't do anything until 8.2 or 8.3. Again this is how things were in 5.0 and 5.1 for a while. But they will rebel and they will oppose Sylvanas I definitely believe Saurfang will gather those with honor.
