In Legion the Alliance strictly had several of their characters in the cinematics where a character died. Thrall was in like two of them for Cata and WoD while MoP included everybody from both sides. I think its better to play it safe and include both factions for Azshara.

I don't know how you could possibly say that Lost Honor was an Alliance cinematic in any way comparable to how Old Soldier was the Horde when Lost Honor had one character from each faction discussing politics and Old Soldier was 100% Horde characters discussing Horde story.
I was just given the impression though that "Lost Honor" was Alliance centric with it starting in Stormwind and focusing on Anduin's quest for peace but heavily involved Saurfang with that story. When you compare the two I guess it would be more of a neutral one.
