I would sadly have to blame this on the game play and story being slow for this. You can't have the characters act yet until the designated patch.

You can if the writers aren't trying to milk something for money and actually considering the story as something to put effort into. I honestly think blizzard would like BfA more if WoW didn't have complex history and character backgrounds. They wouldn't be bending so much.

I think we just need to be patient for the characters to start acting out against her basically. Otherwise they would have already.
