TBH: Zul got snubbed when it comes to how much he was built up. Zul felt like he had major potential after all his dirty deeds around Azeroth but in the end if felt like he was just a third rate antagonist. He was on the cusp of becoming a Gul'dan level villain. And then he dies unceremoniously and becomes maybe the worst boss fight in Uldir.

It felt like they were building him up to be a rival to Rastakhan again his cinematics and time in Zandalar were awesome but I would've done more with him than what they did. Have his end in the questing be killing Rastakhan (I love Rasty mind you) & then flee with his lackeys.
