but I'd argue that Thrall and Anduin are kindred spirits. So for every person who wants Thrall back. Where's the love for Anduin... outside of 'but he's a human'.

I mean I like Anduin as Leader of the Alliance but not Leader of the Horde. It would be like if Thrall was suddenly the King of the Alliance, it just feels extremely wrong. Anduin is great and awesome but he just doesn't have that Horde grit.

"F*ck your feelings" Nah. I'm kidding. but why!? You've got people blindly defending Sylvanas at the moment and yet... the suggestion if a human leading the horde feels wrong?

Sylvanas while full of plenty of problems has been a Horde Leader since 2005 and while not exactly one to hold its ideals she's still someone who's been apart of the Horde for a while. I just think Anduin is an Alliance Leader and should stay that way.

Anduin is an alliance leader because his dad died, he holds some level of respect with the other alliance races and the humans still have the most military might amongst the alliance races. But he's literally spent his entire life trying to find peace between the two factions...

I'm sorry but... as far as I'm concerned... outside of race... I just can't see why he couldn't be a much better horde leader than Sylvanas... who has only ever cared about the forsaken.

Well yes in comparison to leadership there is some lengths that Anduin has over Sylvanas and vice versa. But there's just a line being crossed of making Anduin the Warchief of the Horde that's really just asking for trouble.

This is why I still love Warcraft. It mirrors real life so well. The fact that Anduin could never be considered as Warchief despite sharing the same qualities as Thrall or Saurfang is the exact reason why there will probably always be a faction conflict.
