I only recently got into anime when I binged FMA Brotherhood on Netflix. Bloody loved it. I like how even in the more comedic shows... they can get real dark. And it's not edgy-boi dark.
FMAB is a really good anime. Code Geass, Naruto and Hero Academia are some of my favorites.

I'll check those out. I'm looking for recommendations. I also loved One Punch Man. Me and a mate lost it in the first episode with the little jerk kid with a big chin.

One Punch Man is great - if you loved One Punch Man you'll love Hero Academia probably think of One Punch Man but with Teenagers and a school.
