I'm giving a guess here that she wont be Warchief for long though. I knew death wasn't gonna happen to her and that they were gonna probably do something with her in the next expansion.

Something something, "I see now that the Horde doesn't have the stomach to do what needs to be done in order to stop X. I'm going to go be edgelord alone and be the mary sue to stop the bad guys on my own!" Which is basically Illidan's story.
I mean basically, except I like Illidan's more. I don't know that relationship with Velen helped and he's got actual fondness for the safety of his planet that is shown better with him. Not that Illidan doesn't have his problems but I enjoy his character more.

Possible given Blizzard hasn't done anything with Bolvar yet and since he fights the whole, "Turn the whole world into undeath" currently. Sylvanas would make for a much "better" Lich King.
