Lots of races in WoW get next to nothing in the narrative but Legion gave the Night Elves and Tauren a slight nod. But if the Gnomes and Dwarves have probably gotten the worse when it comes to the Alliance.

I'd rather we not have a repeat with Siege of Orgrimmar it either be the Alliance takes Sylvanas out or the Horde does. Or they're truly saving Sylvanas for next expansion with the involvement with the Scourge and Undeath.

To me they were setting it up for Anduin and Saurfang to team up against her to save the Horde and the Alliance's way of life. After all its Sylvanas' goal to make the whole world undead just like her.
