Again I dont really think they're equivalent because those storylines were tied to the factions there and Vol'jin just got shoved on there because it clashes with the entire Zandalari storyline and they didn't seem to know where to put it.
Fair but i'm just saying having anything like it is something they should do more of - so it was a good thing to have but at the same time you're right that it for the most part had little to do with the Zandalari Empire.
