How is Malfurion an actual Warfront boss? How does he not just single-handedly destroy the entire Horde army there? I guess its okay to make him insanely powerful in other storylines but if he fights the Horde he's suddenly neutered. Okay then.

I'd say have Malfurion go get Cenarius, but thats 1 power house AFKing for a bit so a few gods will suddenly appear... I mean it fits the story, but they're too OP for faction war, same with true Malfurion himself, who is nerfed and made an idiot often in new writing.
Loa vs Wild Gods would be bad ass though. (Technically its just Wild Gods vs Wild Gods)

Sorta, however a greater Loa like Shadra was shown to fear the legacy and weight of Cenarius in Warcraft Traveler. The Loa presumably wouldn't get very far if that's the norm.

Mortals have shown to be able to fight Cenarius - so paired with the Loa they might stand a chance.
