Reasons why I don't think Sira and Delaryn are going to be the new beacons for a new Horde allied race: 1. We have a Night Elf allied race on Horde already. 2. This would be three races on Horde that have the Night Elf Skeleton. 3. There are better alternatives.
Still don't think we'll be seeing them as an allied race. There's just better options out there for the Horde to have than "Undead Kal'dorei" hate to say it but somehow San'layn sound better to that (YUCK). Still rather have Ogres or Mok'Nathal than more elves but hey that's me.

The Nightborne and the Zandalari both have the night elf skeletons. The Alliance only has the one currently.
