Her literal first story arc was about enslaving a dreadlord to her service and then slaughtering all her allies after they won her back Lordaeron.
Back then she had elements that made you root for her but now things are less so with Arthas the Lich King gone.

Because in Frozen Throne she was a villain. She was less of a villain than the freakin' Scourge or the Burning Legion, but she was a villain.

I kind of viewed her like Illidan was like in Warcraft 3. An anti-villain i'd suppose. She would do anything to achieve her goals regardless if it broke morals. Which is shown influx in BfA.
