I forgot how much I really like the End Time dungeon. Man Cataclysm got such a bad wrap for how long it was between 4.3 and 5.0. Its a great expansion.

I actually like it more than Wrath to be honest, but Wrath is still good. A lot of people give some of the bad parts of Wrath a pass due to nostalgia, like how the first raid tier was just a copy/paste of Naxx from Vanilla and a bunch of specs were really broken.
I never got to raid Naxxaramas so I wouldn't know it was a straight up copy and paste until much later. Wrath is number two on my list for a lot of reasons but I think its still good in today's standards. 1. MoP 2. Wrath 3. Legion 4. Cata 5. WoD 6. TBC
