But Jaina isn't a follower and is actually confirmed to be an end raid boss. I don't personally think she's going to die but hey Blizzard could be tricking us into such a belief.

Jaina might be safe but we'll have to see how she acts during the Raid and who exactly is fighting her - I have my doubts the Forsaken would spare her but if Baine is present (which he is) he'll demand we take her alive.
