I'm just saying with the kind of abilities she possesses the Horde would and should worry. Thalsyyra even proclaims they couldn't fight her in Stormwind when they freed Rokhan and Talanji. Personally I think Rexxar would view her as an honorable combatant to die to if needbe.

I'm not saying he needs to be Warchief i'm just saying he needs to come back and rally or help out again against Sylvanas. Baine or Varok are better candidates for Warchief right now. ...Really just Varok if i'm honest.

That is something I have also slowly realized they might do. A council of leadership might be better for the Horde - come to a better understanding. Thrall will always be my favorite Warchief though him from Warcraft 3 - Wrath of the Lich King? I'd follow anywhere.
