I thought we were getting rid of the arifact weapon 2 did they change their mind?!
I'm not sure what you mean by that. We do get rid of the Artifact Weapon - but we get to keep the hollow husk that it resembles (powerless and empty) hence we we replace it with a blue or green item.

Like we delete or sell or a cinematic or cut scene where go poof and there gone faded away and saved for an future old god expansion or if sargeas break out of his prison?!

At the end of Legion we used the Artifacts to expel Sargeras' sword's dark energy from Azeroth.
