I mean let's be honest here, they only sufficient true consequence would be the dismantling of the Horde after Teldrassil but that's never going to happen. Second would be Sylvanas' execution. Which also isn't going to happen. So I donno man. I've given up on that victory thing.

That's not really what they're suppose to represent? When you pick Horde you're picking the more savage races who struggle in the world. The Alliance definitely are more of the hero types but both have helped saved Azeroth countless times they're both good in their own ways.

I've never really seen the Horde as "villains" except maybe in Battle for Azeroth when under Sylvanas but when under Garrosh it was clear his Horde were baddies & most of the Horde rejected it so for the moment? Yeah the Horde are antagonists to the Alliance but that can change.
