Saurfang'll do all the hard work, as usual, and then someone else will end up being leader.
Could be his hard work is getting Thrall or Baine up there. Who knows? I for one worry about his age and how long a Warchief like him will last. ...We really don't need this new Warchief every 2-3 expansions.

They've never made any real attempt to show that his age is somehow inhibiting him, like they clearly did with Drek'thar, though. The age thing only seemed like a poor excuse for Thrall to pick a clearly unqualified person instead of Cairne or Saurfang.

If Saurfang's age isn't a hindrance then I say go for it! He deserves it! But otherwise i'd be fine if he pushed Thrall or Baine into being Warchief.
