Sylvanas right now is indeed lost. But is she beyond hope? Redemption? I think she is capable of it. But remember, "Many will not understand." we do not understand right now. I am probably wrong and Sylvanas probably is lost but I acknowledge its unlikely, alright? [2/2]
I could see Sylvanas getting banished by the Horde and joined by some of her banshees and more loyal supporters. I would still hope for redemption but if they wanna make her a Gul'dan/Garrosh for coming expansions that could work too.
